I ordered this stepper machine for my wife so she can exercise at home. She's been using it for a few days now and she is really happy wity the product. It comes already assembled which is nice. Included is a mat to place the machine on so not to damage our floor and resistancr bands for arm workouts. My wife feels a good workout burn after using it for 10-15mins. I tried it myself and i also felt a good workout after about 10 mins. I am 180lbs and the machine feels very stable and sturdy. Overall i would reccomend this product from the seller, bonus is it arrived in 1 day.
